Business Development Executives
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Utilize the lead generation tools and databases available within the organization to network and identify potential opportunities.
- Bring a rich network of contacts from previous work experience in the similar domain of software service offerings.
- Maintain a repository of potential clients in the targeted IT service landscape and technology base.
- Identify, network, and create potential lead opportunities in the UK, Europe, and US markets.
- Engage with prospects through e-mails, LinkedIn, social media, and/or cold calls for outreach to generate potential connections.
- Utilize platforms such as Amazon IQ and others to identify potential clients, submit proposals, and secure IT service opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to potential clients.
- Manage the end-to-end process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Negotiate and close deals.
Desired Experience & Skills
- MBA, BE, B. Tech, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services and solutions is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for learning and personal development.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure the feasibility and customization of solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Reporting and Analysis
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
